Tentative Itinerary
Upon arrival at Veer Savarkar Airport, our representative will warmly welcome and assist you to your hotel for check-in. In the afternoon, head to the scenic Corbyn’s Cove Beach, framed by lush coconut palms; ideal for surfing, scuba diving, and boating. Explore remnants of Japanese bunkers that still stand on the beach.
By evening, witness the iconic Light & Sound Show at Cellular Jail, a moving tribute to India’s freedom fighters. Overnight stay at the hotel in Port Blair.
After breakfast, set off on an exciting three-island cruise, a must-do in Port Blair. Begin with Ross Island, once the British capital of the Andamans; now a peaceful ruin managed by the Indian Navy. Stroll past colonial remains, visit the Smritika museum, and spot friendly deer along lush green trails.
Next, head to North Bay Island (Coral Island), perfect for snorkeling or a glass-bottom boat ride (optional, extra charge), offering stunning views of vibrant marine life and coral reefs. Return to Port Blair for dinner and an overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, transfer to the jetty and cruise to Havelock Island; an untouched paradise 54 km from Port Blair. Known for its crystal-clear waters, vibrant coral reefs, and tranquil vibe, Havelock is a favorite among beach lovers. On arrival, our representative will assist you to your hotel for check-in.
Post-lunch, visit the iconic Radhanagar Beach (Beach No. 7), famous for its powdery white sand and turquoise waters. Crowned Asia’s best beach by Time magazine in 2004, it’s perfect for relaxation, swimming, or just soaking in the beauty. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, head out for a boat ride to the stunning Elephant Beach; renowned for its vibrant coral reefs and crystal-clear waters. Ideal for snorkeling and beginner-friendly scuba diving, this secluded beach offers an up-close look at Andaman’s rich marine life.
Later in the day, visit Kalapathar Beach, known for its dramatic black rocks, golden sands, and serene coastal views. Return by evening and unwind with an overnight stay at the hotel in Havelock.
After breakfast, cruise to the serene Neil Island. On arrival, meet our representative and transfer to your resort. Later, visit Bharatpur Beach; famous for its clear waters, vibrant coral life, and ideal swimming spots. You can also enjoy coral viewing through a glass-bottom boat (optional).
Then head to Laxmanpur Beach, known for its white sand, snorkeling, and the iconic natural rock formation locally called the “Howrah Bridge.” Visit during low tide to explore marine treasures like sea cucumbers, starfish, and more. Return by evening and stay overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, head to the Neil Island Jetty and cruise back to Port Blair. On arrival, check into your hotel and relax. In the afternoon, visit Chidiya Tapu. also known as Bird Island; located at the southern tip of South Andaman, just 25 km from the city.
Home to over 40 bird species like parrots, sea eagles, and doves, it's a paradise for bird lovers. Surrounded by lush greenery, coral-lined shores, and vibrant butterflies, Chidiya Tapu is also famous for its breathtaking sunset views. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Important Destination Notes – Please Read Before You Travel to Andaman
The Andaman & Nicobar Islands are a beautiful yet remote destination. While their natural beauty is unmatched, tourism infrastructure is still developing.
Locals are warm and welcoming, but many are still learning hospitality skills, so service standards may differ from mainland cities.
Hotels here may not match city standards, even if listed with star ratings. We recommend checking recent reviews and photos before finalizing your stay.
Andaman isn’t a luxury destination, yet it can be expensive. The charm lies not in plush rooms but in the stunning outdoors, pristine beaches, coral reefs, and tropical landscapes. Ideal for those seeking a unique, adventurous, and nature-filled holiday.
Hotels follow an early check-in and early check-out policy due to early flight arrivals. You may be required to check out in the morning even if your flight or ferry is later in the day. Your patience and cooperation are appreciated.
In Havelock, many hotels may not offer room service, hot water, or intercoms. These are remote islands with limited resources.
Food options are basic and buffet spreads are minimal compared to city or luxury hotel standards.
Sightseeing in Andaman is limited and mostly self-exploratory. Guide services are usually unavailable, and attractions are simple but scenic.
Some sightseeing spots are closed on Sundays and Mondays, while Ross Island is shut on Wednesdays. Religious or national events may lead to sudden closures without prior notice. We’ll adjust the itinerary if possible, but no refunds will be given for missed spots.
Vehicles are provided as per the itinerary and are not at your disposal. Drivers are often vehicle owners and may not be available post 6:00 PM.
In Havelock, mostly non-AC jeeps are used for transfers.
Due to a shortage of vehicles and trained drivers, occasional delays may occur. Your patience is appreciated; please allow 5–10 minutes or contact our local representative for quick assistance.

Important Airline Notes – Read Before You Fly
Reach Early: Airline check-in counters close 45 minutes before departure. To avoid last-minute stress, we highly recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours in advance.
Departure Terminal: Most domestic flights with IndiGo, SpiceJet, and GoAir operate from Terminal 1. Please verify your terminal before departure.
Mandatory ID Proof: All guests (including husband, wife & adult children) must carry original photo ID proof along with a photocopy to present at the hotel during check-in. Without valid ID, airlines and hotels may deny entry, and we cannot be held responsible for such issues.
Food on Low-Cost Airlines: Flights on IndiGo, SpiceJet, and GoAir do not include meals; food and beverages are available for purchase on board.
Flight Schedule Check: Always reconfirm your flight timing and departure terminal with the airline before heading to the airport to avoid any last-minute changes.
Baggage Rules: Most domestic airlines allow 15 kg of check-in baggage and 7 kg of hand baggage per passenger. Please confirm baggage allowance with our sales team, as it can vary by airline and fare type.
Missed Flights: In case of a missed flight due to unavoidable delays, guests will need to purchase a new ticket for the next available flight at their own expense. The cost of the missed flight will not be adjusted or refunded.
Web Check-In Unavailable: For group tour bookings, web check-in is not possible. Check-in must be done at the airport counter.
Infants on Board: Infants do not get a separate seat on flights.

Important Package & Payment Guidelines – Please Read Before Booking
Special Fare, Special Rules: All air-inclusive packages are based on special airline and hotel fares. Once your booking is confirmed, any changes will incur cancellation charges. Please note: Air tickets are non-refundable after issuance.
Hotel Selection: Our suggested hotels are recommended based on past guest feedback. However, we encourage you to visit hotel websites and read reviews before finalizing your package for full transparency.
Tentative Bookings Until Payment: All quotes are non-confirmed and purely tentative until advance payment is received. Neither airline seats nor hotel rooms are held before payment.
Booking Confirmation Timeline: Within five working days of receiving your advance payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your:
-Customer file number
-Hotel and air ticket confirmation
-Total package cost
-Amount paid
-Balance due at the time of document delivery
Final Payment Terms: Once your trip is confirmed, please make the final payment in cash or via net banking when we deliver your travel documents.
Cheque Payments: Travel documents for cheque payments are processed only after the funds are credited to our account. The bounced cheque penalty is ₹1,000.
Card & Cash Charges:
–Credit card payments incur a 3% service charge on the total transaction.
–Cash deposits made directly into our bank accounts will attract a 1% surcharge on the deposited amount.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Package costs do not cover disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as flight/train delays, cancellations, strikes, natural disasters, or political disturbances.

Important Hotel Information – Please Read Before Your Stay
To ensure a smooth and stress-free hotel experience during your trip, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
Mandatory ID Check: All guests (including husband, wife & adult children) must carry original photo ID proof along with a photocopy for hotel check-in. Without valid ID, hotels and airlines can deny entry, and Indo Heights Travel and Tours Ltd cannot be held responsible in such cases.
Extra Guest Accommodation: For any extra adult or child, hotels will provide either a rollaway bed or mattress, depending on availability.
Transfers & Tours (If Included): If your package includes complimentary arrival/departure transfers or sightseeing, these are operated on a Seat-in-Coach (SIC) basis as per a pre-set hotel schedule. A short wait at the airport may be required to accommodate all arriving guests.
Room Preferences: Requests for adjoining or adjacent rooms are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Children’s Age Proof: It’s mandatory to carry age proof for children aged 2–11 years and infants below 2 years, along with other travel documents.
Room Allocation & Timings:
–Twin/Double bed preferences are allotted at the hotel’s discretion.
–Check-in is at 09:30 AM, and check-out is at 07:30 AM.
-Hotels do not serve breakfast on the day of arrival. Meals included in your package are based on the number of nights booked, not travel hours.
Personal Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property. Please take care of personal belongings and avoid leaving them unattended.
Additional Services: Any services outside of your package inclusions (like spa, laundry, etc.) must be settled directly with the hotel.
Mini Bar Use: If your room has a mini-bar, items consumed from it are chargeable.
Arrival Transfers Tip: Look out for a hotel or tour representative holding a placard with your name or hotel name for smooth arrival pickup.
Buffet Meals:
Served at the hotel’s designated venue with the following standard timings:
–Breakfast: 08:00 AM – 10:00 AM
–Lunch: 01:00 PM – 03:00 PM
–Dinner: 07:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Please check the exact buffet schedule at check-in, as meals outside the designated time may incur charges. Hotels may serve either a buffet or a fixed menu depending on occupancy.
