- Standard Check In time 1500 Hrs & Check out time 1200 Hrs. Travel itinerary routing shall depend on the hotel option selected and final schedule shall be shared basis that. Cancellation Terms
- Any cancellations received by post booking, 25% of the reservation fee shall be billed as cancellation charges
- Cancellation between 75 Days to 44 Days prior to travel - 50% of the tour fee shall be billed as cancellation fee
- Cancellations received between 45 Days to 00 Days prior to travel, 100% cancellation charge shall be applicable
- If in case of any refund, JPY 9500 shall be billed extra for bank transfer charges applicable in Japan
