Tentative Itinerary
Arrive in Leh by morning flight and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy a welcome drink and rest to acclimatize to the high altitude (3,500m). Later in the afternoon, head out for a local orientation walk through Leh’s vibrant markets, followed by visits to two iconic landmarks: Shanti Stupa, offering panoramic views and spiritual serenity, and the historic Leh Palace, a 17th-century royal residence with stunning vistas of the Zanskar range. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive through the Indus Valley to explore Ladakh’s spiritual and cultural gems. Begin with Hemis Monastery, the largest and richest gompa of the Drukpa lineage, famed for its vibrant masked dances. Visit Thiksey Monastery, a hilltop marvel known for its stunning murals and a towering two-storey Maitreya Buddha statue. Continue to Shey Palace, once the ancient capital of Ladakh, surrounded by sacred chortens and offering rich historical insight.
Later, explore the iconic 3 Idiots Rancho School (Druk Padma Karpo School), celebrated for its earthquake-resistant, eco-friendly architecture, and wrap up with a peaceful stop at the picturesque Sindhu Ghat, a serene riverbank on the Indus, known for its breathtaking views and cultural significance. Return to Leh by evening. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Start your day early with a scenic drive to the mesmerizing Pangong Lake, nestled at 14,000 ft above sea level. En route, cross the breathtaking Changla Pass (5,486 m), one of the world’s highest motorable roads, and pass through the charming Sakti Village. Pause at Tangtse for a refreshing tea break before continuing through the remote Changthang villages.
Soon, you’ll witness the surreal beauty of Pangong Lake, a pristine blue expanse stretching over 133 km, with part of it extending into China. Made famous by the movie 3 Idiots, Pangong’s ever-changing hues and tranquil surroundings offer a once-in-a-lifetime experience. After soaking in the views, return to Leh by evening. After breakfast, embark on a thrilling drive to Nubra Valley, crossing the legendary Khardung La Pass, the second-highest motorable road in the world at 18,390 ft. Enjoy panoramic views of the Indus Valley and the towering Zanskar and Saser mountain ranges en route.
Known as Ldumra, or the “Valley of Flowers,” Nubra lies between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges at an altitude of 10,000 ft. Upon arrival, check in at your camp or hotel in Hunder, a charming village surrounded by desert and dunes. Spend the evening exploring nearby villages and experiencing the unique lifestyle of the locals. Overnight stay in Hunder.
Begin your day with a visit to Diskit Monastery, the oldest and largest monastery in Nubra Valley, known for its towering Maitreya Buddha statue and panoramic valley views. After soaking in the peaceful vibes, drive back to Leh through the stunning mountain landscapes. Arrive by late afternoon and enjoy some leisure time exploring Leh’s vibrant local markets. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Exclusions
- Airfare and 5% service tax are not included.
- Personal expenses, extra meals, or optional tours will be charged separately.
- Vehicle service is limited to the planned itinerary and is not available on leisure days.
- Guide fees, monument entry, and camera charges are extra.
- Medical and travel insurance, or any trip modifications made by you, are not covered.
- Additional costs due to flight cancellations, roadblocks, or unforeseen events are also excluded.

Validity: Package prices are valid from 1st April 2025 to 31st Oct 2025.
Check-in/Check-out Timing: Standard check-in/check-out time at all properties is 12:00 noon.
Flight Delays/Cancellations: We do not cover costs arising due to flight delays or cancellations caused by bad weather or airline issues. In such cases, accommodation and transport expenses will need to be borne by the guest.
Natural Calamities & Road Blocks: No refunds will be provided for road closures to Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, or Tsomoriri Lake due to natural calamities. Any alternate stay in Leh during such incidents will be at the guest’s own expense.
Unused Services: No refunds or compensation will be provided for unused transport, services, or in case of a no-show.
Date Changes: No rescheduling is allowed once the travel dates are confirmed and the package is booked.
Room Allotment: Rooms are allotted as per availability at check-in. Preferences for specific views or floors cannot be guaranteed.
Child Policy:
-Children below 5 years travel free (airfare extra).
-Children aged 6 to 9 years (without bed) will be charged as per the child rate.
-For extra beds, please refer to the applicable charges.
Booking Hold: Room bookings will be held for 10 days only.
Flight Tickets: Final flight tickets and PNR will be shared 3 days before departure, only after full payment is received.
Passenger Name Changes: Changes in passenger names can be made up to 3 days before travel at a charge of INR 1,500 per name.
Booking Issues: Any discrepancies in your booking must be reported within 12 hours of confirmation. Issues raised later will not be entertained.

The hotels mentioned in your itinerary are proposed options and are not confirmed at the time of quotation. Rates are based on these hotels, but actual confirmation will be shared only once we receive your booking and confirm availability.
In case the listed hotels are not available, we will arrange for alternate accommodation at the same level or the next best available option. Any rate difference (increase or decrease) will be communicated and adjusted accordingly.
The package cost is based on base category rooms at each property unless otherwise mentioned. If base rooms are sold out, we will try to upgrade you to the next available room category and inform you of any applicable supplement charges.
We are not liable for itinerary changes due to natural calamities, landslides, flight delays/cancellations, bad weather, or unforeseen events. Any extra costs incurred due to such changes will be borne by the guest.
The timings mentioned in the day-wise itinerary are indicative and may change depending on road conditions, weather, guest health, en-route breaks, and the timings of sightseeing spots.
It is mandatory to carry a valid photo ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, or Voter ID) and present it at the time of check-in at all hotels for security and verification purposes.

Important Travel Advisory for Foreign Nationals – Protected Area Permit Requirement
Foreign nationals from the following countries must obtain a Protected Area Permit (PAP) or Inner Line Permit (ILP) directly from the Ministry of Home Affairs or the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi, prior to their visit. Local authorities such as the District Magistrate or Additional District Magistrate cannot issue these permits without central government approval.
