Tentative Itinerary
Your adventure begins as you board the overnight A/C Volvo bus from Delhi at 8:00 PM. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a comfortable ride to the serene hills of Manali.
Arrive in Manali by morning and get picked up from the bus stand for a smooth hotel check-in at 12 noon. Later, head out for a half-day local sightseeing tour. Spend a relaxed evening at leisure. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, gear up for a thrilling full-day excursion to Rohtang Pass (or Snow Point if closed), the iconic Atal Tunnel, and scenic Solang Valley. Return to the hotel for dinner and a cozy overnight stay.
Start your day with breakfast, then head out for an excursion to the historic Naggar Castle and Art Gallery. Return by evening and enjoy free time to explore Manali’s Mall Road at your own pace. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel by 11 AM. Spend a relaxed afternoon exploring Manali’s vibrant markets on your own. By 5 PM, board the overnight A/C Volvo bus back to Delhi. Hotel-to-bus stand drop-by taxi will be arranged for you.
Reach Delhi around 8:00 AM, wrapping up your memorable Manali getaway with heartwarming experiences and scenic memories to cherish.

Important Package & Payment Information
Once your booking is confirmed, any changes will attract cancellation charges. Kindly note that Volvo tickets are non-refundable once issued.
The hotels suggested are based on positive feedback from past guests. However, we strongly recommend you review the hotel websites and online ratings before finalizing your package.
All quotations are tentative and subject to availability. No reservations are held at the time of quoting.
A booking confirmation email with complete package details will be sent within 3 working days of receiving the advance payment.
Once your trip is confirmed, the full and final payment must be made via net banking or in cash.
Travel documents will be shared only after the full payment is reflected in our account.
For payments made via cheque, documents will be processed or delivered only after the cheque amount is credited.
Cheque bounce fee: ₹1000
Credit card payments will incur a 3% service charge on every transaction.
Cash deposits in our bank accounts will attract a 1% surcharge on the total deposited amount.
The package cost does not cover delays or expenses due to factors beyond our control such as flight/train/bus cancellations, strikes, natural disasters, political unrest, or lockdowns due to pandemics.
Note: Rohtang Pass Congestion charges as per the National Green Tribunal order @Rs. 550 will be extra and directly payable to the taxi driver.

Important Hotel Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, please go through the following important hotel-related notes:
Mandatory ID Proof: All guests (including husband, wife, and adult children) must carry original photo ID proof along with a photocopy at the time of check-in. This is required by hotels and airlines. Failure to present valid documents may result in denied check-in, and Indo Heights Travel and Tours Ltd will not be responsible in such cases.
Child Age Proof: Carry valid age proof for all children (ages 2 to 11 years) and infants (below 2 years) along with other travel documents.
Room Arrangements: Extra adult or child accommodation will be provided with either a rollaway bed or mattress as per hotel policy.
Room Types & Allocation: Room type (twin or double bed) is assigned by the hotel and is subject to availability. Request for adjacent or adjoining rooms will also be subject to availability.
Check-In/Check-Out Timings: Standard check-in is after 2:30 PM and check-out is by 12 noon. Meals, including breakfast, are provided only from the next day of check-in and correspond to the number of nights booked.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: These are chargeable and must be paid directly to the hotel by the guest.
Transfers & Tours: All sightseeing and transfers are on a SIC (Seat-in-Coach) basis unless otherwise specified.
Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The hotel has the right to claim the cost of damages.
Personal Belongings: Please safeguard your personal belongings. The hotel or travel provider will not be liable for any loss or theft.
Additional Services: Any extras like room service, spa, laundry, etc., not mentioned in the package must be paid for directly at the hotel.
Mini Bar Use: If available, mini-bar consumption is chargeable.
Meal Plans: Hotels may serve buffet or fixed-menu meals depending on occupancy levels. This is at the hotel’s discretion.
