Experience the magic of Kashmir with this 5-night, 6-day getaway featuring Srinagar, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam. From scenic shikara rides on Dal Lake to snow-capped peaks and lush valleys, this trip blends natural beauty, culture, and unforgettable moments; perfect for families, couples, and nature lovers alike.
Tentative Itinerary
Arrive at Srinagar Airport and head to the scenic valley of Pahalgam (94 km/2.5 hrs) by road. En route, explore the ancient Avantipura Ruins and the healing Anantnag Sulphur Springs. On arrival, check in and unwind by the serene Lidder River. The rest of the day is free to relax and soak in the natural beauty.
After breakfast, check out and enjoy Pahalgam’s natural charm, known for trout fishing and pristine landscapes. You may opt for a local car (at your own cost) to visit Aru Valley, Betab Valley, and Chandanwari; each offering stunning views and peaceful vibes. Later, drive back to Srinagar and check in to your pre-booked stay for the night.
Note: Sightseeing in Pahalgam is not included in the package and must be paid as per actuals. Only vehicles from the local Tourist Transport Union are allowed.
After breakfast, head out on a scenic drive to Gulmarg (57 km / approx. 1.5 hrs), famously known as the 'Meadow of Flowers' and perched at 2,730 meters. Spend the day soaking in the stunning vistas, strolling across lush meadows, or opting for a pony ride. Don’t miss the iconic Gondola ride to Khilanmarg (pre-booking required, extra cost). Return by evening and stay overnight at your pre-booked accommodation.
Note: In case of snow, the vehicle will stop at Tangmarg. A local taxi must be hired from Tangmarg to Gulmarg and back, at your own expense.
Post breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Sonamarg (84 km / approx. 2.5 hrs), a mountain paradise surrounded by glaciers. Visit the stunning Thajiwas Glacier, nestled in lush meadows; accessible by a 3 km walk or pony ride (at your own cost). After a day in nature’s lap, return to Srinagar for an overnight stay at your pre-booked accommodation.
After breakfast, explore Srinagar’s timeless charm with a visit to the iconic Mughal Gardens, Shalimar Bagh, and Nishat Bagh, built by Emperor Jehangir. Continue to the sacred Shankaracharya Temple for panoramic views of the city. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure before returning to your pre-booked accommodation for the night.
After breakfast, check out from your hotel or houseboat and head to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey, taking with you memories of Kashmir’s beauty.

Exclusions
- 5% GST applies to the total package cost.
- Transportation on leisure days is not included.
- Entry tickets, activity fees, or any charges at monuments or sightseeing spots are to be paid by the guest.
- Airfare, train, or bus tickets—both domestic and international—are not part of the package.
- Hotel extras such as mini-bar, room service, or additional services beyond room charges are not covered.
- Personal expenses including camera fees, laundry, phone calls, bottled water, tips, and gratuities are excluded.
- Any hike in government taxes, fuel prices, or other charges may affect the final tour cost.
- A dedicated travel expert is provided only for differently-abled travelers or senior citizen groups (from airport pickup to drop).
- Costs due to unforeseen events like natural calamities, flight/train delays, political unrest, or ferry cancellations are not included.
- Peak season, festive, or long weekend surcharges are extra and payable as applicable.
- Mandatory Gala Dinner charges for Christmas and New Year’s Eve (24th & 31st Dec) are not part of the standard package.
- Any service not specifically listed under "Inclusions" is considered excluded.

Important Airline Notes – Read Before You Fly
Reach Early: Airline check-in counters close 45 minutes before departure. To avoid last-minute stress, we highly recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours in advance.
Departure Terminal: Most domestic flights with IndiGo, SpiceJet, and GoAir operate from Terminal 1. Please verify your terminal before departure.
Mandatory ID Proof: All guests (including husband, wife & adult children) must carry original photo ID proof along with a photocopy to present at the hotel during check-in. Without valid ID, airlines and hotels may deny entry, and we cannot be held responsible for such issues.
Food on Low-Cost Airlines: Flights on IndiGo, SpiceJet, and GoAir do not include meals; food and beverages are available for purchase on board.
Flight Schedule Check: Always reconfirm your flight timing and departure terminal with the airline before heading to the airport to avoid any last-minute changes.
Baggage Rules: Most domestic airlines allow 15 kg of check-in baggage and 7 kg of hand baggage per passenger. Please confirm baggage allowance with our sales team, as it can vary by airline and fare type.
Missed Flights: In case of a missed flight due to unavoidable delays, guests will need to purchase a new ticket for the next available flight at their own expense. The cost of the missed flight will not be adjusted or refunded.
Web Check-In Unavailable: For group tour bookings, web check-in is not possible. Check-in must be done at the airport counter.
Infants on Board: Infants do not get a separate seat on flights.

To ensure a smooth and stress-free hotel experience during your trip, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
Mandatory ID Check: All guests (including husband, wife & adult children) must carry original photo ID proof along with a photocopy for hotel check-in. Without valid ID, hotels and airlines can deny entry, and Indo Heights Travel and Tours Ltd cannot be held responsible in such cases.
Extra Guest Accommodation: For any extra adult or child, hotels will provide either a rollaway bed or mattress, depending on availability.
Transfers & Tours (If Included): If your package includes complimentary arrival/departure transfers or sightseeing, these are operated on a Seat-in-Coach (SIC) basis as per a pre-set hotel schedule. A short wait at the airport may be required to accommodate all arriving guests.
Room Preferences: Requests for adjoining or adjacent rooms are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Children’s Age Proof: It’s mandatory to carry age proof for children aged 2–11 years and infants below 2 years, along with other travel documents.
Room Allocation & Timings:
–Twin/Double bed preferences are allotted at the hotel’s discretion.
–Check-in is at 09:30 AM, and check-out is at 07:30 AM.
-Hotels do not serve breakfast on the day of arrival. Meals included in your package are based on the number of nights booked, not travel hours.
Personal Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property. Please take care of personal belongings and avoid leaving them unattended.
Additional Services: Any services outside of your package inclusions (like spa, laundry, etc.) must be settled directly with the hotel.
Mini Bar Use: If your room has a mini-bar, items consumed from it are chargeable.
Arrival Transfers Tip: Look out for a hotel or tour representative holding a placard with your name or hotel name for smooth arrival pickup.
Buffet Meals:

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please read these essential guidelines and travel tips carefully before your journey:
Airport & Security Notes: High-security checks are in place for all flights from Srinagar. Please arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight departure.
Mobile Connectivity: Only post-paid mobile connections work in Jammu & Kashmir. Pre-paid SIMs do not function. Please check with your service provider before traveling.
Accommodation Standards: Kashmir is a developing tourist destination. While we’ve handpicked hotels based on past feedback, services may differ from other metro destinations. We recommend reviewing the hotels online before confirming.
Cultural Sensitivity: Kashmiris are deeply rooted in their culture and traditions. Women are advised to dress modestly; skimpy or revealing outfits are discouraged.
Please avoid making remarks that may offend local customs or religious sentiments.
Winter Travel Advisory: During snowfall, only chained vehicles are allowed on routes to Gulmarg. If such conditions arise, guests must hire local taxis from Tangmarg at an extra cost, payable directly.

This package is based on special fares from airlines and hotels. Once confirmed, any changes may incur cancellation charges. Air tickets are non-refundable.
The hotels mentioned are suggested based on customer reviews. We strongly recommend reviewing them online before final confirmation.
Until advance payment is received, all bookings remain tentative. No rooms, flights, or vehicles are blocked at this stage.
Confirmation is shared within 2 working days of advance payment via email, detailing:

Payment Terms
Final payment must be made via cash or net banking at the time of handing over travel documents.
Cheque payments are processed only after clearance. Cheque bounce charges: ₹1000.
Credit card payments incur a 3% service fee per transaction.
Cash deposits in the bank will attract a 1% surcharge.
Additional Information & Disclaimers
The package excludes costs due to delays or disruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, or political events.
AC will not function in hilly terrain.
SIC (Seat-in-Coach) transfers apply only for hotels located in city centers.
If we assist with visa processing, visa fees and service charges are non-refundable. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Embassy.
Outbound tour payments must be made in convertible foreign exchange as per RBI/GOI norms.
Daily transport is available between 08:30 AM to 07:30 PM. Post that, INR 200/hour will apply.
In the event of a pandemic or trip cancellation due to external factors, refunds will be issued after deducting 5% of the package cost and unrecoverable service provider charges.
Refunds from airlines, hotels, or vendors are subject to their policies and will be processed only if received by us.
Other Travel Notes
We are not currently holding rooms, flights, or train bookings. All rates are subject to availability and may vary due to demand or fuel price hikes.
If the mentioned hotels are unavailable, we’ll provide a similar or next available option with applicable supplement charges.
Guests must carry a valid Government Photo ID for check-in at hotels. Standard check-in is between 2:00–4:00 PM, and check-out is between 9:00–11:00 AM.
Local sightseeing in Pahalgam must be arranged and paid directly by guests, as only union taxis are permitted in the area.
