Booking Conditions
- A non - refundable deposit of Rs.25,000 per person to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 45 days from the date of booking for destination
- A non - refundable deposit of 50% of tour cost if travel date is Less than 45 days from the date of booking
- A non - refundable deposit of 75% of tour cost if travel date is Less than 30 days from the date of booking
- A non - refundable deposit of 100% of tour cost if travel date is Less than 20 days from the date of booking
- 6 Month Valid Passport copies( Front/Back) from Date of Travel
- Visa Fee & Service charges are non-refundable
- No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package
- Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure as per cancellation policy
- Any flights, non-refundable hotel, cruise, visa (if applied) booked as part of this holiday package are non-refundable and no refund shall be made upon cancellation.
- Airfare subject to change at the time of booking, tentative airfare taken INR 26,999 per person. If any increase /change in airfare at the time of issue the ticket then will be charge difference of amount extra
- This offer is valid only for limited seats and subject to availability. Final status shall be communicated within 48hrs /02 full working days of booking (after collection of token amount). In case of any failure amount is refundable.
- Check-in Time: - 14:00 Hrs / Check-out Time: - 12:00 Hrs.
- Please leave your luggage with concierge before 12:00 Hrs on Checkout Day if you have to go somewhere out; otherwise, hotel has full rights to charge for full day after 12:00 Hrs.
- We don't recommend desert safari Senior Citizens, infants, heart patients, pregnant women, senior citizens, persons those requiring special care, patients of respiratory disorder, persons suffering from arthritis, blood pressure and diabetes, not to undertake tour.
Dubai Visa Documents Required for Package:-
- Original Passport (should be valid for minimum 6 months from date of return).
- 2 Photographs (35 X 45 mm, colored and clear with 80% Face View) White background & Matt finish.
- Occupation Proof.
- Copy of PAN Card for billing purpose. The cost of outbound tour package is payable in convertible foreign exchange (subject to RBI / GOI regulation) except the cost of the Air ticket.
- WHO approved covid vaccine certificates.
- Please Note: -Passenger travelling to Dubai must carry at least 2000 AED (per person) or equivalent US $ with Bill
Cancellation Policy
- 45 Days & Above Booking Amount will be forfeited
- 45 – 30 days: 50% of the total cost
- 30 – 20 days: 75% of the total cost
- 20 – 0 days: 100% of the total cost
- In case of No-show 100%
